The website and app say they are open until midnight but in reality they close up at 9. I made an order though the app around... 8:45 and showed up right after 9, rolled up to the window and saw people inside. They saw me and just ignored me until I knockedon the window. I dont like taco bell but that's what the coworkers wanted for lunch so I drove the 25 mins there and sat at the drive thru... thing for 10 mins before giving up to go inside.... which is where I see the place is closed! They could have done the same forthe drive thru... So zero stars for that... but 2 days later my hubby stopped on his way home from work and got some tacos andstuff... he loved it so 5 stars for that which is how I decided one 3 stars ... but then I felt bad for the literal 2 peopleworking so I gave them 5 stars! The Mauston, WI store at the BP truck stop is the worst store in the nation. If you're understaffed why would you close the... lobby and only take drive thru orders at a truck stop. Close the drive thru and open the lobby and serve everyone. Better yet,pay your employees a decent wage so you can hire people to have both open. Pathetic management. Read more
As far as the food is concerned, it's Taco Bell. You know what you are getting yourself into when you order Taco Bell. They... aren't the fastest option around, I'm guessing due to short staffing issues but....they earned 5 stars thanks to Mickey.Hopefully I spelled her name correctly but she is always so friendly, helpful, & patient and I don't mind waiting, even for TacoBell food, as long as the service is good. The only time to eat at this taco bell is before 4pm. The night manager is a child that has no understanding of what being a... manager of a multi million dollar company is all about. I placed a 60.00 online order and the only option i was given was pickup inside but when we got there the doors were locked. Sitting in the drive thru for 27 minutes past the order being completed.You try to call and the manager said we only have 3 people working. Everyone is short staffed get over it and move on. Thenmaybe dont let customers order online to pick up in the store. This place is a complete and udder train wreck. Read more
This place is really one of the worst Taco bells I know of. I don't know how many times now I've gone there before it's supposed... to close and they're closed. According to Google and even on their own door they're supposed to be open until midnight is rightnow 9:00 I sat at the intercom for 10 minutes watching people walk around inside nobody voiced over the intercom that this placewas closed so I drove up to the window after 15 minutes just to be told that they're closed. Even though according to Google andtheir door they should be open. It would have been one thing if they didn't just sit there and stare at me through the windowwaiting for me to either drive away or drive up to the window. Either in her come over say your closed or put a sign out on yourdrive up so that people don't sit there and waste their time after work waiting for someone else to tell them that they're notavailable.
