Can?t believe I?m reviewing a McDonald?s, but this location deserves it. Do not patronize. If you order breakfast through the... mobile app and confirm at the speaker but they take so long that breakfast times out while you wait, they won?t give you yourorder BUT WILL STILL CHARGE YOUR CARD, then want you to come back to get the refund when/if you happen to notice. Yeah, right,enjoy the fraud claim for $5 because I am that stubborn with corporations that steal from me. The last time I tried to patronizethis McDonald?s for hash browns, they forgot them entirely and the manager blamed it on ?all the kids they hired.? No, Einstein.YOU have to MANAGE the kids you hire? My experience was great. Food was fresh and the employees were friendly. Two star rating is because when I went to the bathroom... and was washing my hands an employee came out of the stall and didn't wash his hands! I tried to give him the benefit of thedoubt and watched as he walked to the back of the restaurant thinking maybe he will wash them back there. He walked out of siteso I didn't see him wash his hands. I know he didn't touch any food products while I was there. I don't know about after I left. Read more

Not really a McDonald's fan but I've stopped here several times out of convenience since it's a short hop off the highway. I've... never had any significant issues with this location. Everyone has always been pretty friendly and the service is as fast as youneed it to be. No unnecessarily long waits. Read more
What happened to Customer Service? I just went through the drive-through and had forgot to mention that I did not want the... largest size drink even though that?s what you automatically get. So I asked the young lady to please make it a small and sherolled her eyes at me. When she brought me my small size, I tried to give her her straw back and she rolled her eyes at meagain! Was it really asking too much? However the young man who brought my food to my car was very nice and said he?s alreadyaware of her attitude. Otherwise, usually it?s a pretty good experience here. (THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!) I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes after going though the drive though! The... store was empty, the drive though was empty and my friend went in there to ask about food. And was told they already brought itout. Then wanted to argue with her. So I went in there and they refunded my money then made the order I went back out to thetruck and sent her back in. And they messed up the order another 2 times to the point I just told her let?s go grab what theygave you and we?ll go somewhere else. I have a food allergy and they still messed it up. Drive through was quick and easy, looks like they renovated this in the past few years. Has a nice outdoor area and inside was... clean. The location is great for easy on and off if the 17 highway. Read more
Super clean compared to other fast food restaurants. Even the bathrooms were super clean. My family and I got ice cream cones... and my sons got french fries. The cones were fresher than the McDonald's in Phoenix. The french fries were good as always. Iwould definitely recommend this as a place to stop and eat if you're traveling on the I17.
