You know I have yet to have 1 single nice cashier at this location. I do not know what you are training your employees to be... like but your turn out rate is filled with self entitled, rude and racial profiling employees. To have an employee take me outof line and make it her one life mission to make sure that it is me in my ID! So I can buy a 6 pack of Modelo is just wonderful.Nicole ended up ringing me up, but not before this other employee came back up to make sure everything was okay! Oh, and I hadto remove my beanie. I have never been more mortified and embarrassed to be treated like I?m doing something wrong. This goesway past Alicia the store manager. What ever the standards of training are, you are doing a disservice. While I was there Nicolewas having a wonderful conversation with another employee about a ?suspicious robbery?. I?m sure another assumption by anotheremployee who targeted another minority group. You are truly pumping out great customer service. Please get self checkouts, so Ican avoid your employees. Alot of variety, bright and pleasing to the eye, with all the produce colors ,fresh and well stocked. Staff was very helpful.
What can you say Heinen's is pricey but you get what you pay for the hot food section always has great selections of foods that... I would never make at home so because of Heinen's a I get to try different things that taste good and open up my exposure againthe prices are a little hefty but you get what you pay for good quality good selection I give heinen's five stars Read more

Was looking for a place to purchase some cookies on my way through town. Found what I wanted easily. I hadn't been to this... store before, it struck me as rather high end, they had an olive oil and balsamic vinegar bar that looked delectable. Read more
Heinen?s is a great grocery store, always clean and stocked and friendly. We get all our drinks there for the office... refrigerator! They load them right into your vehicle for you. I do my personal grocery shopping there too in order to feed myfamily of 5. Highly recommend. Read more
This store isn't what it used to be. Even before covid many items were very overpriced. Still, it was a pleasant shopping... experience in general. I notice lately it is not as clean as it used to be. Sometimes the floor is quite dirty. Used toconsistently be a very clean store. Many employees as of late, on the floor at least, are not what they used to be either. Very sad what has happened to this store. Read more
Helpful staff, selection of items varies depending on what you are needing. Lots of pasta and deli options. Fish counter always... looks great. They don't carry some things we use regularly, so it's not my first choice for groceries, but is nice for quicktrips. The "No shopping carts in parking lot" policy is a big hassle. Waiting for someone to load your car is a nice option forthose who need assistance, but it should not be mandatory. Read more
