Ordered a market salad and it came with nothing on it but chicken, wilted lettuce, blue berries and old apples. I ordered extra... bleu cheese and they ignored me. Went back to the window for a new salad and the manager acted like the salad is supposed tolook the way it did! He was rude and made me pull up for a side of bleu cheese that I said I?d pay for. I ordered a coke with my meal. The coke did not taste right. I took two sips out of it and realized something was wrong with... it. It taste like carbonated water. When I arrived home removed the lid and it looked like water with a little corn to it. Icalled the restaurant to let them know because the last time that happened to me I became ill. Customer Service I will say was great. Left a lemonade by accident on a mobile order, and they promptly credited it as well as... gave me a bonus. I appreciate when a business treats it's customers that way. I'll come back to this franchise specifically forbecause of that. Read more
As always a great meal at a very fair price. I tried the Mac and cheese for the first time and it was great! I thought they... offered two sizes of milk shakes and I would have loved a small one but couldn't eat my meal PLUS a full- size shake. Read more
The food was good as usual and the workers are doing their best. It is usually understaffed and very very busy. Second time in a... row we had problems with getting our drinks and sauces because of the strain on the staff. I don't think they could be doinganymore so I feel it is a management problem! Read more
Today was the first time I have tried their breakfast. I had the breakfast bowl with chicken and, it was excellent! I am... excited about going back and trying other items on their breakfast menu!!! Their menu has quite a few choices!!! If youhaven't tried Chick-fil-A for breakfast yet, you really MUST give it a try! They are not just a lunch and dinner restaurant! The food is good no complaints. I feel bad for people standing outside taking orders when it's 90+ degrees out. People may pass... out. The manages has to take good care of employees and has a power to put an umbrella to keep people cooled down. Read more
I ordered the chicken noodle soup, I usually order this in the winter time. I?ve never had issues with it before until now. It?s... apparent that the same spoon/ladle used in the chicken tortilla soup, is being used in the chicken noodle soup. There is corn,and beans all throughout my soup. Luckily I am just not a fan of beans vs being allergic to them. This is cross contaminationand a liability to others who have allergies. I have to throw the soup out because there?s a lot of beans in it and I can?tenjoy it. Waste of time and $ spent. Read more
