They couldn?t wrap my burrito so she asked for another tortilla for only the empolyee at the start of the line mumbled under his... breath some extra feed back that i ordered to big of a burrito. Save the feed back and maybe he should clean the customer eatingarea cause it?s disgusting and no trash taking out. On top of two empolyees going back and forth about shifts. Ill no longer begoing to chipotles! cilantro is better anyways?.. P.s.someone should teach them how to roll burritos. Im sure people come qllthe time and get double chicken?. Read more

Stopped in for lunch, around 12:30. Employee was sitting at a table eating and told us that they were closed for lunch and not... taking orders. Meanwhile there were at least 4 employees in the store eating, and another 5-6 employees standing out back. Whatrestaurant closes for lunch??? Inside the store was incredibly dirty as well. Absolute worst chipotle I have been to. Staff is always rude. Constantly out of certain ingredients. And constantly refuses to... take in person orders. The ingredients are always a mess, mixed with one another, thrown all over the place. Honestly I don?tthink I can stress enough about how bad this place is. I ordered twice from here in a 2 day period order 1 was missing salsa, chips and a drink the burrito was missing items and had... incorrect ones the second order was missing chips and salsa again I asked and was told I could get a refund online because theywere out of chips. I was understanding and left, got back and my order was missing items again. it?s now going on two weeksmultiple emails and hassle from customer service and still no refund. Honestly the whole experience has been frustrating. I?veeaten here several times and never had a smooth experience this just pushed me over the edge. Read more

This location needs to be shut down. Always out of ingredients no matter what time of day. I placed order on the app 2 times and... both times my order was never ready and had to wait for 10 minutes while the line gets served. Then I get my order and the riceis cold and doesn?t taste like it was cooked. Never again. Read more

I don't understand what the point of putting in your order online is -- the employees here never get it right. For the past... year, any time I submit an online order, I have 3 entrées. Every time I pick it up or have it delivered, they have mixed up theingredients for every single entrée. Example from today: this carnitas bowl was supposed to have green salsa, fajitas, andblack beans. Instead of ANY of those things, it has corn salsa. Just go in person and tell them to their faces how you want yourburrito made -- otherwise, expect to receive some random order. Lousy service. Read more

Horrible. When we arrived at 9:10pm, the only worker working the food line and register was restocking coca cola bottles instead... of helping the line of customers. One man?s order was sitting in the middle of the line for so long that another worker had tothrow it out and remake it. The workers were arguing and had no regard for the customers. One guy said, ?Shut up and keepcutting chicken!? Once we got our food, it was freezing cold. I had to repackage and heat it up in the microwave at home. Themanagement is just unbelievably sub par.
