Absolutely terrible every time I?ve attempted to go here. Tried to give them a chance, I?ve been here about 5 times to get a... blizzard and thank the lord they didn?t hand it to me upside down because every time it was a milky drink handed to me in a bag???? don?t waste your time or your money at this DQ they have no idea what they are doing nor do They care to provide any typeof quality, another large chain that has most all sense of service and quality go less than a 1/4 of a mile down the street to?East Coast Custard? for better prices better experience and almost definitely superior quality Read more
Delicious frozen treats. Staff is friendly. Wanted to add to my review because I was so happy that Dairy Queen staff came... through today with a birthday cake. I thought I ordered it and this is not their fault but the website to order DQ cakes is notthe greatest so when I got to submit page I did not realize I had another step as I was on a page that looked like aconfirmation page for the order and since it said pay at pickup I thought I was done. Granted there is a disclaimer at the topand I should have verified in my email but it was crunch time for the party and there was lot on my plate so I missed this step.Anyway, since I did not actually order the cake the staff did fit it in the day and we were able to have the cake in time forthe party anyway The cake came out absolutely perfect and was delightful to eat. I love to bring my daughter here. Everything is usually good. But the Blizzards... They need to stir them better, every time I... get myself or my daughter one, all the filling sits on top. They are never done right. You get half way and it's just plain Icecream, nothing more. Please I take the time to spend my money here, please take the time to make our food correctly. It's drive thru or delivery only, and the line is long. I was there at 8pm, it was dark outside, not one single outside light... was on. If you like a drive thru, I guess it's not bad. I prefer a place I can eat the stuff while it's cold. If you're notlocal, I'd find another place. Read more

I ordered a large Chocolate Blizzard with Heath Bar candy to share with my wife. It cost 7.49 and would normally be a 5 star... treat worthy of the cost. However, it was a bit disappointing this time. It was over mixed with a lot less candy in it. We likeit chunky, but it was ground up too fine which made us wonder if there was even any candy in it. It is normally still mostlysolid by the time we drive home, but this time it was "soupy". We were definitely disappointed. Read more
I don't know the true reason, but this location's line is always so incredibly long that it blocks traffic on Mayfield Rd and... Iroquis Ave. Truly dangerous for motorist. I got my ice cream to go and I am glad I listened to a DoorDasher to not wait in theline and ask for my treat at the window. Despite it being done, the line was absurdly long and ordering ahead should mitigatethe wait time. Read more
