First time eating here. Solid experience. The sub I had was the tuna with veggies added and that had to be the best sub I've had... in ages! Made with care and definitely was not skimped on the toppings. The employees were friendly and answered the questions Iinitially had without any hesitation. I also got the oatmeal raisin cookie with my meal and again, so good! And the cookie wasalso so soft. I'll definitely be back for more in the future! Edit: Came back again. Still amazing. Staff is still friendly.Cookies are still to die for. ???? 2nd edit; 11/13/22: I'm sad to report today was lacking. I got the Italian meatball sub.What came out was barely room temp, soggy (I ate there so no time was spent waiting to eat), and I can't exactly say what wasoff about it, but something in the flavor of the sauce/meatballs was off. Staff isnt the greatest in terms of professionalism and work ethic. The inside of the restaurant always feels empty. You cannot... see your sandwich being made since the counter is too tall. Read more
Very very disappointed. Got a blt literally no bacon on 1/2 the 14inch sub. On the other half 4 small pieces. I usually love... there subs but wow $15 and only a 1/3 of the sub. Read more
Good subs and nice staff. They allow you to customize your sandwich. The subs are nice and fresh on delicious bread. They are... not messy and have nice toppings you can choose from. Read more
Super friendly and efficient group of young employees at the location in Mayfield Hts (only one I?ve been to) and they are... consistently so. Such a pleasure to be greeted in a friendly manner and have excellent service every visit. The sandwiches aregreat too, but the service is exceptional. Read more
Management is top notch. I ordered a Buffalo sandwich that my wife didn't like, in a blink the manager in charge offered to... replace it with another sub of our choice. Highly recommended based on customer service & food quality. Read more
My family ordered dinner. The complete lack of care that these subs were made with was wildly disappointing. On the meatball... sub, sauce was everywhere making the bread soggy and none of the meatballs were cut. My husband ordered pasta salad and gotpotato salad. It wasn't a big order and the place was not busy at all. It was disappointing how little care was taken. Iworked at dibellas for 2 years, I love the food usually, but this was insulting. Read more
Lots of sub options around, but this is my current favorite. Large portions, lots of meat and veggies on the subs. The bread is... amazing, way better than Subway or Penn Station. Good value, lots of options. Read more
