Update 6/10/22: Carl, the director of Operations reached out to me personally after all this time to rectify the situation. Not... only did he make time on his free time to call me himself but he?s taken extra steps for make sure my issues were heard. This iswhat i like to see when it comes to customer service. Server bypassed table for our first 10min then briefly arrived to let usknow she?ll be back. Came by eventually to ask for our order and didn?t give her name. Brought our drinks and after tasting whatwas effectively water with a touch of pineapple, I wanted to send this ?Pineapple Express? back. Realizing me and my guest didnot know the name of our server, we had to ask other employees to help us find her. She was focusing her full attention on abigger table that arrived after us even to the point of quickly getting their orders. She eventually returned to take my drinkand replace it with something else. The purple haze I got was amazing. We got our meals after a bit of a wait as our server wasfocused on that other table. My chickichanga(spelling?) had enough cilantro in it to season several meals. The toast tasted asif it had been sitting out and was practically room temperature. Half of the potatoes were undercooked and crunchy as if theyjust seasoned it and served with little effort of cooking. Pretty much the only thing I enjoyed was the water and my seconddrink. The saddest part of all of this, I finally got my server?s name at the end of my meal after prompting it when she wasdropping off the check. But luckily Talullah(our server) and some hiccups won?t prevent me from giving this place anotherchance. Hopefully next time, our server won?t prioritize a bigger table that came after us leading to another server to have topick up the slack and we will be able to have a great experience as I feel is very possible as First Watch from what others havetold me. On Sunday I went to the farm. Brunch has not been so enjoyable. Took my eating tour to First Watch. This farm to table delight... is a hit!! This was my 3rd visit but only twice eating. On Sundays its ," come early or eat late" For my meal I was attended toby sweet and attentive Bridgette. With her patient help, I order Fritters Rustic with chicken sausage, spicy chorizo, roastedcremini mushroom and sautéed onions, topped with sour cream and a tomato relish on the side. The food was good. They were crowded when we visited, but we were seated pretty fast. About 10-15 minutes after we were seated 2... other tables were seated. Those 2 tables, with bigger parties, received their food before we received our food with a table of 4people. Some of our food came to the table cold and we sent a few items back, to have them heated. At that point with the waitand cold food we just wanted to eat and move on with our day. Read more
Went in on a semi busy Saturday around noon. Seated quickly (about 10 minutes) but then waited over an hour for our food. My... daughter got a BLTE with a side of tomato and basil soup. My son a chocolate chip pancake with bacon. My wife a smoked salmonfritatta with a side of "million dollar bacon" (see pic below) and I got The Works omelet with side of cheesy grits. The omeletwas quite underwhelming and small. The grits were cooked well though with a nice cheesy coating. My kids both liked their mealsbut my son said the chocolate chips tasted weird. My wife and I tasted it and it was almost like a mint chocolate chip. My wifedid like her smoked salmon fritatta but said the white sauce was a little off-putting to her. We were never asked about drinkrefills and our server was there to take our order, drop our food and give us our check. We asked for a couple of to go boxesand he walked away and got orders from 2 other tables without returning with our boxes. Nothing more. Had a delicious brunch at ???????????????????? ???????????????????? today with my friend. Being seated took no time at all. We... ordered a fluffy blueberry pancake, the Chickichanga® which was absolutely great, a Belgian waffle ???? with eggs and turkeysausage, and a fresh tea consisting of cinnamon, cranberry and blueberries ????. This was my first time ever at this location. I was surprised to see that the restaurant itself was very clean. This restaurant... and markets itself towards the more health-conscious type of food. The food itself is made to order. If you were a fan ofavocado then this is the restaurant for you. Our server was very kind and informative. The quality of the food was surprisinglygood. If you were the type of person that enjoys different types of juice Blended beverages then this would also be a goodchoice for you. On a recommendation from a friend, I went here with my parents and brother for my mother's birthday. It was crowded when we... went, had to wait about half an hour for a table. Our waitress was very friendly and answered all our questions. The food took awhile to get out, but it was packed so it was understandable. Two of the four plates showed up about five minutes before theother two plates came out. It was also at that moment that we realized we had no silverware and there was noone around to ask toget some until the final two plates showed up. We all enjoyed our food, no real complaints. Nothing especially spectacular,just good food. My brother got some lavender tea drink he enjoyed a lot. Overall, a decent experience. Read more
