Extremely disappointed. The customer in front of me stood at the counter for five minutes while employee completed about three... tasks completely ignoring him. Then I pay extra for veggie specialty? one slice has literally two olives and overall it?s verysparse I complained and wanted it redone, no big deal right? Well she refused. Then when I asked for cheese and spice packet sheacted like I was burdening her. 30% had no veggies, none. That?s fine, rushed or mistake, but to refuse a redo is so freakingrude. They tell you on specialties they use less ingredients? does that make any sense. They care more about a few extratomatoes and onions than customer. On top of that, the crust was half raw. Not the sauce part but the crust crust. You have alot of options in Mayfield I highly recommend never going here. Read more

Pizza tasted fine, but the inside of the place gave me weird vibes. I know this isn't very substantive, but I don't really know... how else to describe it. It's dirty, small, and the workers didn't seem very enthused to be there. Read more

I placed a phone order and was informed the order would be ready for pick-up 25 minutes later. I got there with about 5 minutes... for the order to be ready. I paid, & sat down and waited. About 10 minutes later, I got up to ask about my order, and turnsout the lady whom I had paid about 10 minutes prior, was actually making the pizza at that time! When I asked why the longwait, especially when not even busy, she just mumbled words from the back where she was standing after putting the pizza in theoven. I had to wait about another 20 minutes until I got the pizza. There was nothing else said, not even an apology! I loveMarco's Pizza, but I'll never order from this location ever again! 14" pizza with a 2 liter of pop was $16 and change. It was ready in about 10 minutes. Tasted great. The sauce is a little... sweet for my liking but still very good. Read more
