A dirty coffee cup to start. Coffee was not hot or fresh, request hot coffee, was told to microwave it. What? Manager refused... to offer fresh and hot coffee. I have stop going there often because the coffee has been terrible, but this is the last time. There are many options out there. Read more

Colleague and I stopped in for a quick cup of coffee this morning. The clerk who served us was prompt and polite. They were out... of light roast however. Said clerk had just come back from doing something at the coffee bar but neglected to take the lightroast carafe and start a new batch. This annoying occurrence seems to happen with surprising frequency among the several PanerasI have visited in the past few years. Read more

They're just so slow. And the portion sizes go down as the prices go up. Not worth it to me. Honestly, most of the food is... bland and dull. Read more

What in the actual....I went in for some bagels and walked in to manager yelling with people in the restaurant. Manager was the... one helping us and looked annoyed that we wanted bagels. When we asked for them to be sliced, she very angrily put them thru theslicer. She rang us up and just walked away. I felt very uncomfortable and didn't even want to ask for the bagels to be slicedas I could tell it was going to be a problem. This was not a friendly environment and I don't think we will be going back. Read more

Stopped at the drive through about 8:30pm. It says they close at 9pm online. I get there and I'm told they are closed. I leave... to go somewhere else. I decided to call them and ask when the close since there were still multiple employees there. To mysurprise they pickup the phone and I ask when they close and I was told 9pm. So my question is why was I told they were closedwhen going through the drive through?? Read more

I never really write reviews but I was unhappy with my experience with the Drive-Thru. When I first pulled up at the cash out... window I had to wait while the manager and the associates talked and clearly ignored me. When I first drove up I asked was ApplePay and option since it?s just easier for me and I was told the store takes Apple Pay. I then was greeted with a snarky commentby im assuming the manager. Restaurant was clean, food was good, cashier was nice but back of the house personnel, including store manager/supervisor were... having inappropriate/unprofessional conversations in earshot of customers. Read more
