Piada has really gone downhill since expanding. There was only one other person in line before me and the service was so slow.... Waited almost 15 minutes and the food wasn't even worth it. Chicken was rubbery, the pasta was cold, and the portion size was ajoke. Never again. Read more
Amazing location, as of my current third quarter 2022 visit to purchase a meal/dinner from this location, great staff who are... actually very professional and don't have the "I hate working today, I can't wait to get off" disposition that you sometimes mayencounter from staff at certain other places which translates into everything they're doing while at work. Was so refreshingand inspiring to experience the staff having pride in their work and handling customer's orders request so professionally. Idined indoors at this location and was there for about 30 minutes dinning-in, then I took the remainder as takeout to go andcompleted my meal at home. The portion sizes at this location are fair during my experience, they do not try to cheat you likesome other places I have been. And there are optional pasta "toppings" that you can pay reasonably extra cost if you want moreportion size. The food was so delicious so I ate most of my meal before I took photo of meal, I ordered "Made-To-Order CarbonaraPasta" dish, customized it, I only selected vegetarian options for my order, some parts of the dish in my photos that look like"chicken" is actually "Artichoke", just to clarify. I also paid for some additional toppings that have a reasonable /accuratecost. I added the photo of meal, taken right before I completed eating the remainder of my order. Deliciouso and I trulyenjoyed the entire meal. I don't want Piada to take their Delicious items as a sign to raise cost or do any changes that aren'tneeded or may worsen the experience though. Overall, to be honest I have to rate the experience at this location a 5 out of 5.They were so nice and so professional to the customers that even some other many other customers felt comfortable enough to dineoutside and really enjoy their meals around such amazing professional chefs and restaurateurs. UPDATE: I contacted Piada and they rectified this issue. Great customer service! Review: I really love the food I?ve had from... each Piada restaurant I?ve ever been too. My recent purchase from the new Mayfield location was amazing except for the CannoliChips. My bag contained broken and crumbled chips some too small to dip into the filling.
