I?m short: Can be expensive, but worth it mostly. Long review: Like everyone else is stating, the stuff they have is somewhat... expensive. They?re smoothies are great and totally worth it. The wraps, like someone else said, are kind of small for the price,but still good. Edit: I was trying to avoid writing the rude experience online, but since I haven?t been contacted and the staffin store refused to give me contact information or take mine, I guess I?m going to have to. I was wearing logo gear from thelocal small business that I own, the two girls working on the morning of 9/27 saw it and started loudly talking about everycompeting store similar to mine while I ordered my smoothie and food AND left a 20% tip. I can hear them, it was very clearly anaggressive attempt to bother me, so I simply let them know that my business offers the same service they?re talking about, onlyfor them to snap about how it doesn?t and then the shorter girl with brown hair proceeded to LOUDLY trash my business. Nowlisten, I?m all for folks having an opinion, which they are entitled to for sure. But I?m a paying customer that?s just tryingto order food from you and the staff thinks this is appropriate behavior to do? I have never once been here without tipping, I?mnot sure what I could have possibly done to warrant the disrespect and rudeness from the employees, and I?ll definitely bepulling my business orders and personal orders from this location because of how unnecessary the entire situation those staffmembers put me in was. This is my second bad experience here. I ordered a large protein packer with pea protein and a large Ultimate Açaí with pea... protein and peanut butter. Both tasted like water and the ultimate açaí definitely didn?t have any protein or peanut butter.Total rip off for how expensive these drinks are. Read more

SOOOO good, the staff was amazing, they made an error in our order but were quick to fix it! my smoothie was TO DIE FOR!

I have two bad experiences at this location. First time I visited I waited over 15 minutes for a wrap after they said the order... ticket must?ve been lost. I went in today and ordered a blended açai bowl. At least eight people came in after me and everysingle person who came in after me received their order before me and left until I was the only customer left in the store.After addressing the issue with the employees they finally started making my order. At that point I asked for a refund. 15minutes waiting on a smoothie when everyone else is getting served in a reasonable time is not worth it. I will go to other pulplocations this one is not good. I was in this store today and ordered a chicken wrap and elite eight smoothie. To begin the smoothie and food was delicious and... fresh ingredients. The staff from the gentleman at the register to the young man that made my smoothie to the woman that made mysandwich they were all friendly, kind and professional best customer service I?ve had in months. Absolutely Fantastically Delicious!!! The smoothies are the bomb! The Wraps are to small for the price, and it looks as if... they're getting even smaller, but they do taste good! The staff was nothing but on point, and got my order together quickly. Thewore masks, I saw them wash hands and use gloves, and I was impressed how these young women worked as a team!
