The coffee is good but I?m seriously tired of waiting in the drive-through for 15 minutes?like work faster people have jobs.

Went to the newest location was very disappointed. Ask for a simple drink w/o water and shaken (what you advertise). When I... got the drink you can see right through it (which means water was added) and there was no foam on top (sure sign it wasn'tshaken). When I pointed it out to young man at window "C" he tried to tell me my drink was correct. I've ordered the same drinkfor more than 2 years from different Starbucks. I asked for my money back. Starbucks is not free nor cheap. It is my one dailytreat I enjoy. The day you hand me what you want me to have is the day YOU pay for it. "C" handed me my receipt and said,"here you go" The manager didn't bother to say a word. I went down the street to Mayfield and Som (which is farther away). I was taking a quick lunch and wanted some coffee instead of a meal but I needed some really strong coffee to help me get... through the day. Therefore I ordered an iced venti blonde with 7 shots with cream and sugar. It definitely did the job. Thestaff was friendly and the service was quick. Great place for sure. Read more

The drinks are okay but they're not always full. The service is mediocre. I've come here a few times and it is usually about the... same. If I can make it to a different Starbucks I do not stop. I'll even go to extra 10-15 minute drive to have better service.In the picture is a green tea frappuccino with coconut milk. Read more
