Very rude employee. Do not recommend
This Subway is a difficult one for me to rate. On the one hand the customer service is excellent. The Manager/Owner was... extremely helpful and friendly. Vastly exceeded expectations. On the down side two basic expectations I have for EVER Subwaywere NOT met... Firstly I expect all ingredients to be ripe and fresh. Sadly the green peppers were almost yellow. Secondly, acourtesy that is extended at every other location was not here is free water from the soda fountain. Read more

Really don't like the preserved lunch meat, the oily tuna or rubbery chicken here. The breads are fine and lettuce and tomatoes... are fresh but the cheese doesn't taste real. Read more
On June 19th 2019 I went to this Subway the one in Walmart in Mayfield Heights at about 9:15 p.m. the young boy who was working... was extremely extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm waiting in line for about 3 minutes I had to literally knock on the metaltop to get his attention and he came out and gave me this look as if I was bothering him. So I asked him if I was bothering himand you said what do you want so I put my order in and he suggested that I go to a Subway up the street if that was moreconvenient for me. I asked for his name and he said he does not have to give it to me I asked for his manager's name and he saidall I have to do is look at the wall is clearly on the wall. (Rash Mistry). Wish I could give a -star! The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE with me when I asked the NICE employee to wrap my foot long in 2... different papers. He literally YELLED no at me and preceded to argue with me about the cost of the paper to wrap thesandwiches!! I WILL NOT STOP AT THIS SUBWAY when I am shopping at this Mayfield Walmart!! The owner made my daughter's pretzel without washing his hands. He also ask her to pay b4 the food was done, touched the money... and didn't wash his hands. Absolutely, unsanitary. I won't go back, but may God bless you anyways. Read more
