This Taco Bell ignores people in the drive-thru line. They don?t say they?ll be right with you, or ?a moment, please?, they... don?t even acknowledge that you?re there. You could easily sit there for 20 min or more without so much as a word. This isespecially true at night. The food is good, but don?t expect service at this Taco Bell. They lose so much business because ofthis. More people leave than stay. Read more
Giving 3 stars because my entire order was wrong. The food we did get though was fresh and good so it overall worked out and the... staff was really nice. I did put in complaint through the taco bell app and so far with no response for 4 days. My experiencewouldn't keep me from going back but it would be nice to get the order correct and not have to stop in parking lot and rummageinside tacos to see if they are right like I wil have to do next time. The last three times, my order has been significantly short. Today, because my kids asked, I stopped here against my better... judgment. Ordered 40 bucks worth of food, got a bag that was so crammed with randomly placed wrappers, most of which wereopened. Asked if they were sure this was all my food because it was really obvious if i did a count, the loose taco ingredientswould all spill everywhere. Got a nod. I was in a hurry and drove the 15 minutes home. Taco bell shorted me 2 chalupas, andthree tacos, about 1/3 of what I paid for. There wasn't a line. There wasn't a misprint on the receipt. Very pleased with my experiences at this Taco Bell. I come through on a weekly basis and my order is always correct. The... ingredients are evenly distributed through the burritos, Crunchwrap, etc. The employees always seem to be in good mood and havebeen very kind! Also the service is much quicker than the one down the road. I once waited maybe ten minutes and they offered mea complimentary beverage, just great service! Read more
Every time I try to go here they can't just fulfill the order, last time they just had me wait for 30 minutes then told me they... wouldn't be able to. Not sure if they'll even refund it, I guess I'll have to dispute the charge. Not sure why I came back, Ishouldn't have. Usually the more expensive taco bells might be better run, that's not the case with this one. Just go to acheaper one. Read more
For a Taco Bell I had to give them 5 stars. My husband placed the order online for us to pick up and we planned to eat inside... the restaurant. Our food was ready when we got there, the condiments were all stocked including the napkins and straws, and therestaurant was clean. I even heard one of the employees offer to help a customer carry her large order out to her car. I wasreally impressed especially since we received the exact opposite experience at the South Euclid location several months ago.Keep up the excellent work! Read more
Usually I would give taco bell 5 stars. But not today. When I have to take apart my crunchwrap and spread out the ingredients... that just pisses me off to no end. Taco bell at 5855 Mayfield Rd Ohio do better or you're going to loose many customers. Read more
Do yourself a favor and don't eat at this taco bell. I know it's hard when you are understaffed, but they didn't get my order... right and half of my dinner went into the trash. Most of the time this Taco Bell doesn't get orders right, If you dine in atleast they can fix it. The Taco Bell in South Euclid is much better. Read more
