I put it a order, and when I went to pick it up, they give my order away to someone else. She she try to sell me a ham that... costs most then my order, and said, we were open at 7am, SO WHAT, I had to the 15th to pick it up, and came on the date that lhave chosen. HONEY BACKED HAM, DO THE WORLD A FAVOR AND SHUT DOWN YOUR WED-SITE, WHY? BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK RIGHT.. WHAT THEUSE OF PUTTING IN A ORDER, AND YOUR ORDER NOT THERE TO RECEIVE. Pre-ordered Christmas dinner as a gift for my mother almost a week before hand. When I picked up my order they told me they... didn?t have 1 of the 3 items I ordered. They substituted it but it was NOT what she wanted. What?s the point of ordering aheadof time if you won?t have what I ordered? Not a good way to run a business. I also asked for some kind of discount or credit andwas denied any compensation for their error. This used to be a staple for our family but I won?t be giving them anymorebusiness. Disappointing. Went to this location to pick up ham slices in the Ziploc packages that they often sell. when I arrived I found that there were... two lines one for pre-orders and one for just walk UPS. didn't know I was in the wrong line for 10 minutes once I was in thecorrect line I called the actual store to double-check and make sure that they were still selling ham slices in the package. Iwas told that they were selling them and had plenty. I was told the young lady I spoke to on the phone that I wouldn't be therefor about another 45 minutes and was told don't worry about it we have plenty. stood in line for a total of 40 minutes now andonce I get inside asked for two packages of ham slices I was told they don't have anymore they're only selling quarter hams andhalf hams. asked if they could take a quarter ham and cut it up and make two packages of ham slices and sell it to me that way,was told no those hands are pre-ordered. I asked if they're pre-ordered how can you sell them to me? Never got an answer. I wentto the store in Solon had no problem was in and out in 10 minutes the lady working the register whose name was Sweets took greatcare of me the Solon location is my go-to location I will not go to the one on SOM ever again and we'll make sure to adviseeveryone I talk with to understand why, horrible horrible customer service Read more

The manager PATTIE makes one feel as if they are the most important and only person in store. She goes that extra mile to be... helpful. PATTIE IS ordinarily friendly and outgoing. I only wish others were like her. Read more
