The food as always Great ????! Service extremely slow. This location is not my usual location. Which has great service with... friendly and efficient servers. Again the food was great and presented well, service was very slow I drove through the drivethrough and my order was brought out to me after two order's placed after mine were placed and presented to customer's. 1 star is to many! "Worst Wendy's Ever" Came in with myself and a friend, his wife and children around 7pm . Waited 15 minutes... for someone to acknowledge we wanted service, which seemed like no one wanted to work anyway, we should have walked out but werehungry. Slimey floor, tables and chairs. Friends wife had to use baby wipes to clean the greasy table. I sat on one of the softstools and kept my food in my lap to keep it of the grime. Poor attitude from the staff like you're bothering them by placing anorder. Staff had attitudes with each other too including to the woman manager. No ice in the machine. Was told by worker eatingthat has been broke for over 2 weeks. Have to ask for ice in a cup from the counter. Male worker has his pants low enough hisunderwear was showing and had ti keep pulling them up to walk. Needs complete staff replacement including the women manager. Read more
This place Is slow AF. The line Is always In the street. If you have nowhere to be or nothing to do then It?s okay to come here... because you?ll be waiting all day. Fast food Isn?t fast anymore. Bought a chicken sandwich with bacon and a drink. Went home to eat it. The chicken was very black on the outside and the... bacon was in very brittle, very black pieces. The drink that was supposed to be raspberry coke was not. Tasted like orange cokein fact. There were no lids to be had for my drink. Zero stars!!!! So poorly run. Read more
Just left this restaurant and I have to say this has to be one of the worst run Wendy's I have ever come to! The line for the... drive-thru is out to the street so I decided to go in and order my food the line on the inside wasn't much better. I waited atotal of 32 minutes from the time I ordered my food to the time my order was given to me. Another customer was complaining thatthey weren't wearing any gloves while making the sandwiches. They did not have any frosties or baked potatoes. The manager andstaff just looked overwhelmed and this was just a regular dinner hour. The only upside is that my order was correct that is aplus I guess. But the buns on the sandwiches were a little stale ???? Read more
They have the worst service! My sandwiches where cold! I even had the staff at the window touch the wrapper! They told me it... just came off the grill! Not true? if it had just came off the grill it would?ve hot! French fries where cold! Just a badexperience again! Read more
App allowed me to place a pickup order for carryout from the lobby. When I got to the lobby, it was closed and locked. I got... soaked from the rain. Sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes, and didn't get to eat because of all the time wasted onincompetence, so I can't comment on the quality of the food. Do yourself a favor and find a different Wendy's that has some sortof care given to it.
