Only because I can?t give it zero stars. Two times in a row I?ve ordered on the app and wait the 15-20 minutes for it to say... ready. Get to the store and they just look at me like I?m stupid, say it?s not ready and then go to other customers to taketheir order. Waited 40 minutes before I called the bank and had them cancel the transaction. Absolutely the worst servicearound. Every customer in the store complained about them. Read more

We visited the mayflower Subway on April 13, 2022. The service was less than satisfactory , the servers seemed too busy... discussing co-workers and the fact that they couldn't show up to work or do their jobs. Brianna literally stopped twice whilemaking our sandwiches to discuss the dish situation and the co worker situation. I understand we have all dealt with people thatdon't like to work, but when there is a customer in front of you they want to feel important. I did not even feel like she caredwhether I got a sandwich or not. Then when we presented our coupon she got rude when she stated we had to make 2 separatetransactions because we had multiple sandwiches. We have been to this subway almost every Thursday since it opened and we havealways been able to pay for all the sandwiches together and use the coupon. We have never had to make 2 separate transactionsbecause we used a coupon. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant should perhaps give the employees a bit more training incustomer relations to say the least. Read more
Before I begin let me say the food is ok. ( Not great but ok. It?s not always fresh but ok enough to eat.) I?m a huge Subway fan... and the fact that this one is 10 minutes from my home is a nice convenience. However this is the last time we will order fromhere. I would rather drive 15 miles farther than have to not get what I ordered. First, I ordered a salad. Since it was a pickup order and not dine-in, I asked for the dressing on the side so that it wouldn?t be soggy. It was also a dressing I had nottried so to be on the safe side?. Not only was the dressing on my salad, it was drenched and all veggies were super soggy andpuddles. The kid who made it apologized when we picked it up and said he didn?t realize until after he made it that the dressingwas supposed to be on the side. ( If they knew, shouldn?t they have just remade it?- Anyway.) My partner ordered the Cold CutCombo with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, black olives, banana peppers and honey mustard. What he got was a subway melt withcucumbers, jalapeños, spinach and drenched with some kind of vinaigrette to the point the bread was super soggy and basicallydisintegrated when he picked it up. Not happy campers. They did give us a coupon for 5.99 off our next footling though forputting the dressing on the salad. I had to give at least 1 star to post, but this is 0 stars. Read more
Food was good, just seems my order gets messed up when I do it online. I tried to call about it yesterday and got no answer.... Other than that, friendly service when I go in the store and order and store is very clean. Read more
This is a typical Subway. What made it special was our server. He had a smile on his face, no matter what the customer ordered.... He listened to what we wanted and it was perfectly made. Jonesing for a sub? Stop here! Easy access off and on I-40. Read more
Made our sandwich with pride. He was very informative about the changes coming to Subway. Premade sandwiches...I don't think... so. Next stop at Subway talk to your server... We enjoyed the service and food was great but if they make stuff ahead we won'treturn. Read more
