The restaurant is open 6 AM-10PM INSIDE/LOBBY, 6AM-11PM DRIVE THRU. I?m not sure why they won?t change the hours on GOOGLE, the... change request has been submitted multiple times. Did a drive through, ordered 3 meals. Got to windows 2, paid, and then waited, got coffee, and then told to move to next window... and wait there, and waited, ... and waited, and noticed cars behind me were getting their food and driving away..., 1, 2, 3, 4cars... still nobody telling me what is going on..., finally decided to go into to the building..., asked.. and was told thatthey were out of biscuits for the meals I ordered some minutes later, and handed a bag of my meals - and biscuits were inthem... ??? I was doing a drive through order and the person working the window misunderstood my order, he gave me to wrong meal so i asked... for a refund of the difference, the manager obliged, but when i acknowledged that the way i worded it may have confused theworker, she took back the refund. I don't think i would come back to this location again they have made many many errors over myyears of ordering and never taken any responsibility when they make mistakes. Read more
Ordered two cups of coffee along with my order. They didn?t have enough coffee for two cups and they chose not to brew a new... batch. They initially ruined one cup by pouring the last bit of coffee with some particles in there to the cup. They alsomessed up my order. Instead of chicken nuggets happy meal, I received a burger. And no apple slices in the happy meal. Inoticed this after reaching home. And the fries were stone cold. Poor management and customer service. Read more
Probably the worst chicken I've had from a McDonald's. Nuggets are never crispy and fresh, McChickens and other chicken... sandwiches are dry. Fries are alright but they're not particularly hard to make. 2/5 only because it's not literally the worstMcDonald's, but with Wendy's nearby, there's no reason to go here. Read more
Honestly I went when they opened once and ordered the mcgriddle meal. They both forgot my hashbrown and put a piece of... trash(like crumpled up tape?) Inside my food bag. And there was no one else in line so there wasn't really a good reason toprovide me such butchered service. However I've also gone there and not had other troubles and gotten my food fine. I'llprobably keep going but I still miss my hashbrown. I was more upset they forgot it than them giving me literal trash. Read more
