Food is usually decent. but the one thing I can not stand is, they will cut you off when your still telling them what you want.... They want to move on to the next item and get you gone to save there drive through time. They only offer 3 bread's at thislocation now. Read more
Stood in line fo 15 mins while girl behind counter made 2 sandwiches for a couple, one footling and one 6in. Second girl just... seemed to be waiting at register to collect money. As girl making sandwiches was wrapping the final item, she spoke into herheadset to someone that had just pulled into the drive-thru. She then walked back to the counter and began laying out paper fornext sandwiches. 7 of them !! She then didn?t even look at me and began asking for their first of 7, I said I was here first,and was ignored? walked out and will never return again. I called and told my 2 friends I was also picking up sandwiches for,and they both advised me that was normal, and last time they had been there , their sandwiches had been been very thin slicedmeat, almost no veggies and dry! Do to Food City deli counter down the street for a much better sandwich and a helluva lotfriendlier service and attitude!!!! Read more
I'll call it a two. Subway is overpriced in general for what you get. Their workers seem overworked for the load they have. (No... fault of theirs.) I wish there was a Firehouse Subs closer. Read more
Is this what you call a sandwich? Who is this going to feed? I kept asking them to put more vegetables on and apparently they... thought 5 banana peppers was good enough!!!! I ordered a flatbread sandwich with turkey, cheese, and bacon. I specifically asked for the bacon to be toasted on the side... twice so that it would be crispy enough and not over toast the sandwich. They did otherwise. The tiny amount of turkey ended upturning to jerky because of it being toasted entirely too much. I went back to get a refund and for some reason they have tohave a manager on site to do so. Manager said she would be there in 5 minutes. I was on my lunch so I was in a crunch. Afterwaiting almost 10 minutes, I left because apparently that manager doesn't understand time management nor does the manager takeother people's time into consideration. Read more
It's a typical subway although this was one of the dirtiest I have seen. From the lobby to the back it was nasty and very... unkempt. It was so bad that after we ordered we ended up not eating our food and got a refund due to the dirtiness. The customerservice was a complete and udder joke. Read more
I originally ordered through the drive through. Informed employee I wanted The boss how it says in description, plus black... olives. Received sandwich without cheese, called in and asked for a remake couldn't not turn around at the time. Was told okay.Came back in for remake, the lady who said she wad the manager informed me that if I order through the drive through, not toexpect the order to always be correct. Originally I was not upset. I informed her, I asked for the boss to be made how the menustated. Which she then stated she did not have to remake my sandwich, so I asked if she was going to or not and she said yes butthat it was not a requirement. I asked her, if she was telling me it was my fault. She kept continuing to argue with me, whenoriginally I was not an upset customer. I informed her what she was saying was ignorant. That the menu says it has cheese. Shesaid I should have requested it, then informing me she was angry. I asked her what was the point of a menu beyond you, and tostop putting the blame on me, it's her job to read the setup. just wanted my sandwich fixed. This was all unnecessary. I askedfor the number for someone higher up, and she gave me a fake number. I am leaving a very detailed review with corporate and wastold I'd have a call back this week.
