9 of 10 times your order will be messed up. Meat and cheese only is very hard for them to understand. Caution sour cream will... come with your plain item and your lucky to get steak. Read more

The guy that took my order through the drive thru was rude, they gave me broken taco shells, I handed him a 100 dollar bill and... they gave me back almost nothing but 1?s. I asked for mild and hot and they didn?t didn?t put it in the bag, and my food wascold. Read more
Normally my order is perfect. But tonight I really enjoyed picking the lettuce and tomato out of my burrito. This is why I stick... to the simple items that don't have the veggies. It's hard to mess that up. But once again thank you for being there for me. Read more
The item is a crunchwrap. I live 5 minutes away so it definitely shouldn't have been soggy. Not one crunch. The shell ended up... feeling like a wet taco shell. The wrapper was dripping juice from the amount of tomato. Even the bag was wet. Not from greaseeither. Read more
This is the most amazing Taco Bell. The staff is very nice (though currently in training), the food was very good, the place is... spotless and the atmosphere was spectacular. I'm not sure why anyone would go to Dollywood when you have this Christmas miracleright here. I think Buddy from Elf works here. Did I mention "Free Candy" bar? Read more
