Food was not good. My "whopper" had no toppings, too expensive not to be edible. An hours pay to be so disappointed
Everytime I come here service is bad having to wait 15 mins in line after ordering in drive thru and then getting my sandwich... and it not being how I ordered it. I watched employees walking around with drinks and heads in pockets with gloves on. Neverseen the guy change gloves. I will not be coming back anymore I don't care how much I love burger King. Ordered through the drive thru and asked for a specific sauce to be added to my burger. The manager was taking our order and... said on the mic "you want [sauce] on your burger? That sounds nasty. Whatever." And continues to take our order. It was veryrude to say to someone about their preferences. Keep your opinions to yourself, especially if you're the manager. Read more
Mobile order (paid for when order placed) was missing 1 sandwich. Total order was 2 identical sandwiches, 1 other sandwich, 1... large fry?they can take my money via an app to pay for my order but can?t refund my card for the missing sandwich unless I driveback up there with my receipt?with the price of gas being what it is I didn?t bother but also will no longer spend money there.Sad sad sad! Had to wait in drive thru for 20 mins only had 2 cars in front of me. I could see their orders and none of them were big.... Ordered Fries with now salt. I thought since it took so long my food would be good and hot NOT!. It only took about 5 mins toget home. Was really disappointed my food was so cold. I mean it wasn't even warm. My fries were under cooked cold and nasty. Iuse to love Burger King but I will not be returning in the near future.
