The thin crust was so thin it couldn't hold the ingredients, very greasy and just fair,wouldn't order from there again

I Love Domino's .They have everything that you won't. So,,So ???? good.
First time in a long time since I've been here, to place / pick up a order and once i put the order in and 15 mins later came... back in to pick it up and got blamed for them being busy. The older gentlemen kept pointing his finger at me. Say it was myfault that it was a Friday night and the orders were picking up and he was behind 14 pizzas. Be careful u'll get blamed forsomething in this restaurant. I come here to have a nice meal, not to get blamed from something I can't control. (Notrecommended) oh and on the side note if their a newbie try to learn how to put a order in let her do it so she learns how tooperate the register. Because if she just watch's their a chance she'll get distracted and won't know how to do it. Then orderswill be messed up! (poor training). Read more
There's always something wrong at this location, if it's not a wrong order or the food being chard to crisp (and i mean to a... crisp, it was ashes, i don't know what made them think that was ok to send to anyone) it's the food never even arriving. Forthis order, the tracker says arrival an hour after I placed the order and the food isn't here, I called the location 7 timeswith no answer... Called corporate with no answer. And yes i checked they are open, they just don't feel the need to answertheir phones or deliver the food I paid for. It's a shame cause we love dominos, but this location is enough for us to never eatit again. We live 5 mins from the store, this is ridiculous. And the only option the online help provides is the option to get afree pizza next time or 20% well what about my current order? the food we planned to eat for dinner? It's just theft at thispoint especially when they refuse to answer the phone. Read more
I normally don't have issues with Domino's, however I just had an employee decide to be rude for no apparent reason. Not sure... if he's having a bad day or what. I don't want free stuff or a hand out. Just be mindful that you're in customer service andthat behavior isn't acceptable. Read more

Normally this Dominos store does a great job. This is however the 3rd time we didn't our pizza the way we wanted it. On line... order placed said well done and what we got each time was not well done at all. This is or rather was a good store. Not sure butthings are starting to slide down hill. If my next order is messed up I'll have to start going else where. Read more
