There has definitely been big change in McDonald's since the pandemic. Quite frankly, I don't like eating at McDonald's anymore.... For me McDonald's is a last result. The employees are never in any hurry to get to the front counter to take your order and ifyou go through the drive thru, you're usually being rushed. On top of that, the order is wrong more time's than not and usuallynot hot or fresh. Something seriously needs to be done about this establishment or it will lose more customers. Read more
Love the unsweetened tea but not the chic sand hot sauce on it was good didn't eat the chicken.
Do not use the mobile app here. I've been waiting for over 25 minutes for a Big Mac, 10 PC nugget, and 2 medium fries. They told... me their system had me at number 10, not 2. Now how could that be my fault? If I was there I would have looked outvthe windowand saw there was only 1 car in the mobile order app, but yet they don't care, they hot my money and I'm still not having myfood. Then the lady asked if I wanted them to remake it. No I want to wait over 25 minutes for cold food.... come on. Unfortunately this place has went downhill. Long wait in drive thru ended up with cold big Mac and cold fries. I went in to... complain I found I young lady working her tail off, one lady manager who did not want to move. I had to wait because their was 5other ppl with complaints as well. I did leave with fresh food but took way to long. Read more
Low staff or not, it should not take as long as it did to get my our food n drinks. I have worked at McDonald?s for years and... I?ve never. They were kind enough to unlock the out of order stall with the changing table on it so i could use it. Waiting withtwo small children is not fun. Mind you there were only 2 other customers in the store. This place needs help. Read more
This is the worse McDonald's in NC thus far. They have young, very unprofessional, and very slow kids working in there. Read all... reviews before spending your money at this establishment. Better yet go in and look around before spending you money. They standoutside smoke and go straight to the grill and or any food station. They don't wear proper uniforms either. My experience at this McDonald's was horrific. There are young kids that have no respect for customers nor the McDonald's... franchise they work for, shame on McDonald's. The store was nasty very dirty. Those kids don't have a clue about the basicfundamentals of their duties nor do they have any type of professional customer service skills. Their representation forMcDonald's is very distasteful. I would strongly suggest people visit the inside instead of drive thru to see what I'm talkingabout and you will definitely think twice about spending your money. No hair nets, no gloves, no proper uniforms. They are abunch of unprofessional, rude chemical kids. If you order from them trust me you will be eating some form of dirt, cigarettefinger food. Slow service. Can't seem to get any orders right. Wish it would let me post a picture of these burnt Nuggets they gave me. Take... the extra few minutes and go to the mcdonalds in Madison. They aren't quiet as bad. Read more
