This place was so much better when it was in Madison! The food is so inconsistent. Sometimes I get a proper portion of meat or... whatever fillings that come with what I'm ordering then next time, they rob me and put not enough for 2 bites on my food. I gota crunchwrap the other day and they didn't even put meat in it! My order is wrong half the time. I hate this Taco Bell. Read more

This is hands down the worse Taco Bell I've ever been in. The dining room was dirty, We tried three tables, all of which had a... sticky film on them. They seem to have become so used to drive ups only they do not acknowledge a walk in customer anymore. Weplaced three orders, there was something wrong with each of the thrre orders and no one was given their drink cup. The onlyfoucs here is the drive up customer- do not go inside!! I came in around 12:30pm on a Saturday with a large order for 8 people and it was quite busy. It took a while for the order to... be ready but it was 100% accurate and each item was good quality, not just ingredients tossed in the wrapper. Very satisfied. Read more
I got the burrito supreme/taco combo with drink. It was all very good. Everybody was wearing masks while not eating. The staff... all wore one too. Medra the manager took very good care of me. Went to go through the drive thru while the drive tru light was still on and they continued to tell me they were closed.
A few months ago my mom and I threw up a day after eating here. My sister ate with us and did not get sick. We got potato soft... tacos and she did not. Dont know why we got food poisoning but you shouldn?t be serving contaminated food if it has to do withthe work environment in the kitchen. It may or may not have been a soluble/noticeable issue if the product was delivered thatway but Im just putting it out there. I would assume it came from the lettuce, given we had no meat. Read more
