Waiter at the bar was the best. Super friendly and attentive. He made sure the food was the way it is supposed to be (hot) and I... didn?t have to send my fries back, which I normally have to do. The food here is very good if they get your order correct. Three different occasions, several months apart, my take out order... has been incorrect. On one occasion, they refused to give my husband our food because he did not have a confirmation number,although he had the name & confirmation of payment. As far as take out, they are more focused on the Door Dash orders. When Icalled about my incorrect order, the young man was argumentative. I ordered 20 wings for $50 and 15 we're incorrect. He did sayhe would rectify the problem; but after driving back, there were 5 wings waiting. Read more
Went tonight. there were 3 customers there. We both ordered the chicken club sandwich. The chicken was rubber and tasteless.... The bacon on one sandwich was raw. The French fries were just plain. McDonald's fries are better. After my husband finishedhis one beer he pushed it to the side. Which means he wants another. The waitress came back handed us the check, never asked ifwe wanted a refill. Read more
There were maybe 3 tables occupied and it took the waitress 25 minutes to acknowledge us and another 10 minutes to come take our... order. Since she took so long we were unable to get the lunch special discount even though we were seated a half hour before thespecial ended. Plus she had a terrible attitude when I nicely explained that we should be able to get the special since we hadbeen sitting here way before it ended. This will be the last time my family and I come here which is a shame bc it?s our go tostop when shopping in the area. Read more
Food is good ... Service was great. Overall a very good experience. The server was very descriptive with the menu questions and... super knowledgeable. 6pm on a Thursday ... I would have thought they would have been busier but the place was kinda empty. Nowait to be seated... 2 minute wait for drinks.... Food was out in a snap. I got to keep my eye on the game during dinner and thefamily was thrilled to have a few drinks and chat it up. Read more
August 2021: Nice location, decent food. Service could be improved. Cauliflower wings is surprisingly good.
First time trying this place with our family and let me just say my kids loveeed it! The wings were delicious. Our waitress was... fast! And our food was fresh! I?m glad that this place is still top notch service because some of the bigger places up that wayare starting to really lack in being attentive. This place has great wings and the blue cheese was delicious. I also got achicken sandwich with avocado on it (I forget the name) it was so delicious!!! Read more
Horrible, we ordered mild wings, and we received dry wings with no flavor; every time that we order for delivery its the same.... No one supervises the orders. Very disappointed! Read more
