I walked in and someone yelled over their shoulder, ?WE ONLY DO ONLINE ORDERS.? Even though they were standing right in front of... the food and I was a customer directly in front of them. Regrettably I ignored the other reviews on this place and put in anonline order. I watched as they put my food together. Disgusting. Maybe that?s why they don?t let people in to order in front ofthem.. sloppy. Stale. Cold. Hard rice. I didn?t eat it. I got a fountain drink but they had no ice. I got chips and they werestale and ?bendy.? No wonder this location has the reviews it does. THEY ARE ALL ACCURATE. Corporate should just close thislocation down. Unsanitary and rude employees. it?s always something here. multiple chances but something is always wrong. stale chips & my steak was the most charcoaled black... i?ve ever seen steak. completely inedible & actually DISGUSTING. i tried one piece of steak and it tasted like smoke and dustreminisce from i assume the grill. but ultimately i couldn?t even chew it & the whole bowl went into the trash. this locationneeds an entire new staff and management clearly. every time i have eaten there in person, the establishment is always verydirty. i?ve given them too many chances. if you attempt to ?eat? here you?ll regret it. Half the time my food was on the side dripping in the bag. They have good food a bit on the spicy side but that comes down to... preference. If your picking up be there early just in case this happens you can catch it sooner?.. yearly update food is sloppyanymore and super spicy. Communication is out the window you walk in for a pickup that says it?s ready by a certain time and endup waiting an extra 15 on top of that and no one says hello what are you here for? go somewhere else! I love the food, but sometimes spills are left on the counter, even while the food containers are passed down the line. This can... be a turn off for customers if they notice that no ones cleans up the mess. With a shortness on workers, they do their best tokeep the line moving, but sometimes there need to be one person dedicated as cashier. Read more
Ordered a steak bowl... the steak container had literally 20 pieces of sliced dried steak.. so I asked if there?s new ones and... they said no there?s none just to let yll know this was at 3pm... I hope they put a new management and fix this customer service Read more
Something wrong every single time I go.
