Spoiled having had the best but they also serve a purpose for Mays Landing Historic District.

Absolutely horrible. i normally order from this location every other week, however lately for about half a year now their... customer service is the worst i?ve ever experienced. They are very rude and don?t care about their customers. 60% of the timethey get the order wrong. I called on 9/14 and they hung up on me for asking a question where the answer was no. i proceeded tocall back and pull a karen. if i could put negative stars i would. i am completely done buying from this place. Placed an order online at 6:06pm and checked to tracker which said the quality check was done at 6:08pm? how?? Must have been... the magic of tv?! I didn?t think much of it and recieced my pizza about 30 mins later. The driver Apryl deliver my pizza with nowords and no smile. I was okay with that and considered she was having a bad day so I thought nothing of it and let her knowthat I hope she has a good evening. I proceeded into my home opened up my box and noticed that there were three fingerprintsinvented in my pizza. I am mediately called the store and spoke with Jackson. He let me know that I can either have a credit orthey can send another pizza. I told him could he send another pizza because I was not going to eat a pizza that I felt wastouched. They proceeded to send me another pizza which took about an hour and was delivered by the same driver Apryl Who saidnothing to me at all and handed me my pizza. I decided to look at the pizza while I was in the doorway and I noticed that thedriver was watching me look at it, when I opened up the box which is now the second pizza delivered I noticed that there wasanother indent in my pizza. I used to order from this Domino?s occasionally but I will no longer patronize this particularlocation for pizza. When I called Jackson to let him know that the second pizza delivered also had fingerprints in there he didnot seem concerned and told me that he prepared my pizza and he was not concerned with anything else I had to say. I am veryconfused and quite disappointed in the product and the service so I will no longer be patronizing this particular dominoes asthey are not taking food service, customer service seriously. My recommendation is that they better train their staff on how totreat their customers regarding concerns about the food we pay for and work on their delivery services. Never again! Read more

Dominos used to be Disgusting (many yrs later ago) We saw they opened a new shop on Mayslanding and decided to give it a try and... It was really good idk if they buy better ingredients, or what but we have gone back several times. Read more

I ordered a pizza today and it was delivered to me all messed up. I called the Mays Landing store at 1:57 pm and they said, that... they would deliver me a new pizza. But it?s now 12:30 am at night and I never received a new pizza. Read more

I placed my order online? quality check was completed at 3:26pm. I called the store at 4:10 asking where is my pizza. The guy... said only he and the driver were working, and he told me he explained that when I placed the order. I told him I placed itonline. Pretty bad today.. much smaller then usual and definitely no extra cheese like we ordered.... extremely dry
