Go to Mays Landing Mcdonald's. Curbside. No one never came with the food. Called in the line was busy. This is the 2nd time this... has happened to me. Can't get a refund cause you order over the app. So you don't get your food or your money. People work hardfor their money. You trying to get to work on time and stop by McDonald's with your last little bit of change cause that's allyou got until you get paid. And mcdonald's takes it. What !!!! I used to work year back in 2019 to 2020 I worked the window and always served with a smile. I am a sales rep but I have to say... every time I go here the new management is terrible they have no customer service. Stopped in real quick for a couple milkshakes (vanilla and chocolate) and, while they're typically rather tasty, these had all... the flavor of a chemistry experiment gone wrong. For $5 a piece I was expecting more than what I got. They had an awful tasteand an even worse aftertaste. And this was in late afternoon. I'm surprised it didn't immediately dissolve the paper straw. It was good. It was fast food. It was not fine dining but it did the job. Once in awhile I feel like going to McDonald's and... risking obesity and diabetes. So far I've been lucky. Update: They are getting alot better. The times that I have to go to this McDonald's they are much nicer.
