Our family always enjoys a trip to Red Robin. They have a tasty set of regular menu items and limited time burgers as well.... Bottomless steak fries are a definite plus! Our local usually has the games on so you can also enjoy a beer. Tabletop games canbe played for a small fee. On table kiosks allow you to pay when done without waiting for wait staff which is awesome. Overall anice chain restaurant that can be enjoyed by all. Read more

Food was great, our waitress was great. Food did take a LONG time to come out though with not many people being seated in... resultant. We found it a bit weird as well that there was a siren/beeping sound that was super loud as we were trying to eatthat started about five minutes after we sat down and didn?t stop at all until we walked out. Hadn?t enjoyed a Red Robin burger in far too long, so went to this location during Happy Hour?and we were very happy! Really... enjoyed our meal. Great service received from server Dominic. My companion agreed that the mozzarella sticks were the best we?vehad and were plentiful! Burgers were excellent and very filling. While salad and fries are ?endless?, there?s no way we couldhave more than the initial serving. One thing that I rate a restaurant on is there restroom?s. This restaurant fail on all accounts. It was the filthiest restroom I... have ever been in. Worse than an old gas station restrooms. Your restaurant was under staff and no Manager in site. We werethere for about an hour and half and no employee or management staff checked the restrooms. Your order taker was one of the goodones, very knowledgeable about the products. Very quick and taken our orders and very helpful explaining the food items.The foodcame out over 20 minutes which we could understand because of short staff. You would think the manager would have been helpingout in the front of the house to make sure his customers were taken care and not hiding in the back. Our order was rush out tous and was wrong. The runner was sorry and fixed it for us. He was so over work he was throwing the food on the tables and notplacing them. No help from any one not even the manager. When leaving the hostess didn?t even say a word. When we got there shehad no greeting for us and not a word at our table. Very poorly trained and a very poor representation for Red Robbin. You guysare losing customers do to poor management and higher ups. You need to make the customers feel like your glad to see them, andserve them in most possible friendliest way you can, even if you are short handed. Will I come back maybe, but not any timesoon. In preparation of dining at this particular Red Robin, search online for a video entitled ?shoes stuck to drag strip?. Because... if you?re seated anywhere near the kitchen where the floor is carpeted, you?ll immediately notice each foot step gets more andmore difficult as you walk across a carpet that hasn?t been cleaned in so long, you might lose a flip flop if you?re notcareful. Great place to eat in a pinch with great service. You can order online and pick up too! I ordered one of the tastiest chicken... sandwiches I've ever had. Its a new item called the "Buzz chicken sandwich". It tasted like a buffalo chicken sandwich but withmore flavor and heat! It wasnt an overpowering buffalo flavor, it was more of the flavors being pulled from the aoli sauce andjalapeno wheels. Served with your choice of a neverending side. I chose the steak fries of course but knowing this sandwich hasheat I recommend getting the neverending salad to cool your jets. I washed it all down with a COLD 22oz Voodoo Ranger hazy IPA(also a new arrival). It doesn't stop there! For dessert I ordered the fresh cinnamon sugar doughnuts (4 count) with hot fudgeand caramel dipping sauces. These were served hot and were just enough for one or two people. I recommend getting the 8 count toshare for a party of four. My kids ordered the mousse mud pie. I snagged a couple scoops and that was enough! It was sort of aice cream cake with Oreo crust.
