Just left drive-thru. Gave order and closed window immediately. young girl needs to wear a mask before saying to customers that... she can?t take a cup of macchiato back for extra caramel dressing since ?well, you put your mouth, I can't take that back? This store has continued to make drinks wrong. When I ask for a drink to be remade they do not do it. Today they made an iced... peppermint mocha wrong. Instead of remaking the drink they just added a bunch of mocha sauce. This is such a shame. I used to bea die hard Starbucks fan. The baristas are too busy or don't care enough to make the drinks right and customer service over thephone won't help me. Read more
