This Starbucks never has anything! They are always out of all the syrups and it takes forever to get your order. Edit: made my... rating a 1 bc I ordered a venti iced brn sugar espresso with LIGHT ice and whip but got extra ice (all the way to the bottom ofthe cup) and no whip. it took 20 min which im not mad ab the wait bc they were busy but if i have to wait that long at leastgive me what i ordered please Read more

Love Starbucks but I order the same drink frequently and it comes out different every time. Some employees do a great job ,... others I wonder what they did to it. It's a very busy location. I always make sure to have extra time and not in a rush ???? Read more

Just left drive-thru. Gave order and closed window immediately. young girl needs to wear a mask before saying to customers that... she can?t take a cup of macchiato back for extra caramel dressing since ?well, you put your mouth, I can't take that back? Wedon't walk with germs? and gave me caramel syrup in a small cup! there is a hundred nice way of saying things tocustomers??????????? I had to taste using my mouth for sure??????????? simple. This store has continued to make drinks wrong. When I ask for a drink to be remade they do not do it. Today they made an iced... peppermint mocha wrong. Instead of remaking the drink they just added a bunch of mocha sauce. This is such a shame. I used to bea die hard Starbucks fan. The baristas are too busy or don't care enough to make the drinks right and customer service over thephone won't help me. Read more

My drinks have gotten better but there are still a few that need to be retrained on making drinks.. Updated they still can't... make things right....no whip cream..... looks like whip cream on top to me Read more

Just left here. I called to let them know what happened with my order and they hung up on me. The woman on the phone didn?t... care enough to even utter an apology or anything. I made sure to mention I didn?t want a refund or anything and that I justwanted to make sure this didn?t happen to anyone else.. because paying that much for 3 coffee?s and to get one as an entire cupof foam (no exaggeration the cup was lightweight and I opened the lid to find absolutely nothing but FOAM!!) There wasliterally 2 other people in line so it?s not like they were overwhelmed and busy at the time I arrived. I work in the foodindustry so I?m not one to ever complain but this was just unbelievable. I wasn?t even mad with what happened.. more-sodisappointed and turned to disgust with the way the call got ?handled?. Oh and for those who read this far.. here was the orderissue: I ordered 3 coffee?s. One came out as expected (didn?t taste right but it wasn?t dump-out worthy either) moon and theother two?? well, one was entirely FOAM as i mentioned above.. and the third cup was entirely coffee with zero foam. I wascompletely shocked and quite frankly very understandably pretty upset. She should not have just hung-up on me. That wascompletely unprofessional. Photo for tax. I had the cup with all foam and started drinking a few sips before realizing it wasjust foam? lol i have never experienced anything like this. wild. TLDR: Literally only called to say that I hope it doesn?thappen to anyone else... and got hungup on. Phone call took place at 11:35am .. Was given 3 coffee?s and one was just foam in acup. the second cup was all coffee and no foam. the third cup was alright but not the quality it typically is? customer servicewas extremely unprofessional. They gave an excellent staff and a very clean store. The wife and I visit here at least 4 times a week.

The new building is very spacious and welcoming compared to the older one near the mall. Very nice employees and good service.... The amount of tables for a Starbucks is pretty good, there are alot of 4 person booths. Parking lot is amazing and had a drivethrough what else can you ask for. Read more
