We went in and ordered food. My younger sister ordered a steak. After taking our orders they then disappeared to the back and... came back about 10 minutes later to tell my sister that there were no steaks available. She then ordered chicken. Everybodyelse's food was then served while mine took almost another 20 minutes. Everyone else had their food done before I even receivedit. Additionally, it was very difficult getting things like refills and such. I really like Bob Evans, but they are making itvery difficult for me to want to go out of my way to eat there. Got my favorite salad to take home. But when I opened it I had brown edges on my lettuce and it looked like the tomato container... was just dumped on with all the liquid and the salad was not edible. Worst bob Evans I have ever been to. Order was wrong and under cooked. We were just passing through and ordered online grabbed... to order and hit the road or I would have made them fix it we threw it in the garbage didn't even feed it to the dog. Read more
Bob Evans always has really good home cooked food. Thats why you'll always find older folks eating there. It's like food they... grew up eating. Maysville location seemed mostly clean. Staff was very friendly and gave good service. You can never go wrongwith pot roast from Bob eveans! Read more
BELIEVE IN THE BOB! lol :) Please understand the bad reviews have been taken seriously and there?s been a huge turn around at... this restaurant. I was greeted properly, sat down and had coffee at my table almost instantly. There was only one waitressworking while I was there. She did an amazing job. Kept herself level headed, and kept everyone?s order accurate. The food wasgood. It was a real nice experience to sit down with my son and share my pancakes. The eggs were cooked perfectly for myliking. All the small things that make going out for breakfast, was really well taken care of. The restaurant was clean. Staffwas friendly. Give this place a chance. Because even under pressure I still had amazing service and great food. Read more

The burger I got was okay. I didn?t get one of my items in the order and the food was very bland. Maybe other items are better... but this specific order was very mediocre. The Fries were old and I got loaded fries with barely any thing on them. A pinch ofcheese and some bacon. I was very excited about it when looking at the menu but very dissatisfied when I got the actual food.Will try again in hopes it gets better. Read more
