On 4/27, 2022, I went to the Burger King Drive though in Maysville KY at about 6:15 pm. I ordered a kids meal and asked for a... large drink. The associate who was taking my order said that it was not possible to get a large drink. I asked him why Icouldn't order a large drink. He was very rude and said "the system will not allow me to". I asked if he would help me thinkoutside the box so I could get a large drink. He again was VERY rude and get very snotty with me. I then, asked if a drinkwas worth losing a customer and he said "Honestly ma'am your business is NOT going to hurt us at all". At that point, I drovearound to the front of the store went in to see if there was a manager and get names No one had name tags on, I asked for aphone number. They said there was no number. I then took a picture of each of the drive through associates and the sign withthe management names. No one was helpful and each of the associates were very rude and not who i would have represent mycompany. Read more
Food was excellent, however I had the New Bacon Whopper Melt a great sandwich but smaller than I expected. Same size as a... regular Double Cheeseburger no where close to the size of the regular Whopper, but had a great taste. Had I known the size Iwould of ordered two. Love the whopper but wanted to try the new chicken sandwich, it is huge and very good, just come hungry! There was an issue with... ice machines on both fountains were out and people were waiting for ice. Read more

Not sure why I don't visit more often. Great coupon options and I was able to get 4 burgers, 2 fries, 3 drinks today for just... $9.54 you can't beat that. & they were delicious! Thank you BURGER KING! Read more
This was our 2nd visit since the dining Room has opened back up from the Corona virus and this visit was probly even worse... than the 1st hamburgers were cold,the buns were cold, the cheese was cold and the French fries were cold and there was no reasonfor it to be that way. I would have thought that since it was during the busy rush hour the food would have been hot and fresh If I could have understood the long wait if the food had been hot but we waited for about 15 minutes and our food was cold. Iwas very disappointed with our Burger King meal needless to say we won't be eating there anymore as much as it cost for coldfood is ridiculous ???? Read more
