When you get curbside pickup, they stop the timer way before it is delivered. I didn't get it for a few minutes after they... stopped it with 38 seconds still on the timer. This has happened to me pretty consistently. I usually complain and get a freepizza. I am tired of complaining and didn't even call this time. I find this to be a dishonest practice. Not even deserving of a full star as the food is usually very bad and last resort for me, but the delivery driver named Brandon... has provided very bad delivery services. I'm add a second complaint. I tried to place an order and they didn't answer the phone last night 3-24-22. I called twice around... 8pm and let it ring forever. i don't know why but recently my card won't go through online and the cash is there on the card.Between these 2 times I order and picked it up. and everything was kosher. Awhile back i use to order all the time and thingswere always great. not the case recently. not sure if it's certain workers, or what. Didn't order on line like I normallywould. My order was partially burnt. And usually this is my favorite delivery. It was like they cooked my order on max heat.Part burnt part not cooked enough. We had pizza and cheese bread. Also they forgot to put the jalapenos on the side of thecheesy, bacon, jalapeno bread. Also they forgot my sauce packet. Read more
