In all of my life I've never had this bad of service. I cannot believe that this company can still be in business after serving... food like this. Was charged $25 for food that has been sitting around for hours. I will never go through a Wendy's establishmentagain. It is incredible to me that they are still a lot of being business. Absolutely disgusting if I were to eat the food thatwas given to me I would have been in the hospital. I hope to God they go out of business. Maysville Kentucky, Wendy's needs tobe sued for hiring people that would ever serve people this type of food or to this low of standards. Wendy's corporation is theworst fast food industry in the business. I'm going to make it my personal objective to make sure that nobody ever gets servedor gets food than I did this evening. I stopped for a quick bite. The little girl at drive thru had an attitude and was grumpy... First impressions.. my order was... wrong. My chicken nuggets where burnt my fries so salty I couldn't eat them. What a waste of time and money. Avoid!!! Read more
So it takes a lot for me to give a restaurant only one star on the first try. But this place definitely earned it. Ordering on... the app, we Sat in the space for 25 minutes. I called the place repeatedly with no answer. Went inside and was given multipleexcuses of why the phone wasn't answered and my order wasn't even being made. Food was then made improperly to order. Firsttime burgers were sloppy and thrown together missing ingredients. The second time they were severely undercooked. We made thepoor choice to just eat them and were immediately sick afterwards. Horrible service. The lady taking orders rushed us through everything, before I could even get my whole order out she kept... saying, ?and what else?? Got to the window and 3 young girls were all loudly bad mouthing someone with the window open. Once wedrove off and started to eat, there were no napkins, no ketchup, (which was requested) and no spoon for my daughter?s frosty. Iopened my burger and there was a sliver of bacon for my ?bacon cheeseburger?. C?mon now, seriously? Seemed like a lot of youngpeople who just didn?t care about doing a good (or even decent) job.
