I go to subway pretty regularly. Don't EVER buy the chicken, though! It's not real! It's processed garbage!!! The meatball sub... is reasonably priced, but adding extra cheese or extra meat can get expensive & of course, that's what they skimp on. UPDATE: Myfamily & I are vegans now & we get veggie subs, which are good. Just would like some veggie-meat to make it even better. Themain gripe i have with this place are the prices. They charge RIDICULOUS amounts for extra anything. And they DEFINITELY don'thave $5 foot longs anymore. Everything is much more costly than buying veggies at the store & making it yourself at home. If youwant something quick or in a pinch, subway works. Read more

Ordered a sub online, came without 3 ingredients. People pay $10 for a regular footlong these days, you need to give them what... they order. Usually okay if order in person. Read more

Ordered a large order online. When we picked it up and brought it back to work, we were missing a few drinks and chips. We... called the store and they fixed the issue immediately - they went above and beyond to make the situation better for us. HIGHLYappreciated and HIGHLY recommend!! Read more

Usually no issues but the young kid tonight was absolutely rude, uninterested and overall gave very bad customer service. I... realize I came in at 815 when you guys close at 9, but you are still open until 9. I should get the same / close to the serviceyou'd get during the day. Maybe this kids first job or rough day - but I can't say this wasnt the first time. Read more

Usually we have good service here but not tonight!! My husband picked up our subs and he said all the workers were goofing off... and our subs were put together HORRIBLY!!!!!! Very disappointed. Read more

Well.... normally I have a very sweet lady that makes the sub but when I stopped on 11-30-21 there were 2 new people with as... much enthusiasm as a rock. She asked what veggies I wanted and I told her, when we got to the lettuce it was brown and nasty Inicely said I don't want that on my sub, she just looked at me and said well what other veggies ???? I said I would likelettuce but not that.... she got upset and went and grabbed a fresh bag. I said I'm sorry but would you eat that..... she tellsme I was going to throw it out.... WTH. This store is great with a couple of concerning issues though. They don?t have wet floor signs and the floor is quite slick when... wet.( raining day of visit) Im not that old but I almost fell coming in the store and the floor mats don?t resolve this issuefor safety. Also I placed my order using the app and they finished 7 people?s food before starting my order causing them tofinally finish my order over 10 minutes later then when the app said it was complete. They also need to work on order accuracyas well do to another error made from another customer I saw before us who also placed their order on the app for pick up. Otherthen that the employees show potential but I believe need direction on how to be more accurate and have a safer restaurant. Read more
