My experience here was just not pleasant as they just didn?t seem prepared to begin with. I came in for a nice loco lunch box... for my lunch break and I go in and there?s already a line which wasn?t too bad until I realized there was short staff.Everything was just unorganized with there being one worker for cashier and finalizing orders. I go up to order and I wasalready told there were only black beans so I had to change my lunch option and ended up with the salad so then I get the saladand they had no lime cilantro sauce either so I couldn?t even enjoy that. Then I started to eat the salad and noticed somechicken pieces burned and the avocado barely ripe so it wasn?t even the soft taste as usual. Overall, it wasn?t the bestexperience but I feel as long as they get more staff or even just prepare more then it can be better. Read more
Twice in a row this last week I've ordered the double chicken avocado fit bowl and the quality is terrible recently. I went today at the drive in of El Apollo Loco in Maywood and ordered a 8 pcs meal and got burned chicken! I am very... disappointed that I got this meal I couldn?t eat it. I called that location at 7 pm and asked to speak to the Manager on dutyand they told me he was taking his brake I was told he comes back at 9 pm from brake... really?? 2 hours brake?? Drive thru workers have attitude! Ordered a double chicken tostada and a chicken avacado burrito with the side of chips and a... drink. Only thing is I did not receive my chips! Worst experience ever! Will not be going back that is for sure! Read more
This place is nothing like it was a year ago. Under new management makes a difference. I stop by here almost everyday for lunch.... It's fast friendly service. Evry time I get to the window there is always one person charging and packing and giving out orderthese people work to hard to give exceptional fast service they deserve to have at least one more to help them.
