I went to pick up a mobile order aren?t they supposed to be open until 10 PM not 9pm at this particular Starbucks open until... 10pm drive-through line. Why would I make a mobile order? It don?t make no sense very bad service. If I could?ve canceled myorder I would?ve but I?ll be calling corporate I did not pick up my order. There service is slow and sometimes the coffee tastes burnt
I don't like the fact that their drinks are mostly sugary syrup. Only the nitro cold brews are good
They are rude and extreme bad service. I don?t know who took the order but when we got to the window the order was not complete... we revised it and the girl apologized for messing up. She said she did not take the order it was someone else. We said fine paidthe extra amount then they gave us our drink but it wasn?t what we asked for. We asked for almond milk instead of regular milk.The same girl said fine we won?t charge you since we ruined the order. Then another girl came with our almond milk and said shewas the manager and had to charge us 75 cents, I don?t know what kind of manage acts like that with customers but she was rude. Read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could.Staff is not truthful, they're not motivated to work or break $100 bill. I even offered to pay for... the people behind me and they still said they're not allowed to do it. They are full staff, line goes all the way out thestreet, and still have the nerve to say they have no change or let me be a nice person and get the little kid who's selling toysoutside a drink, get my own children their drinks and pastries, and pay for more than 2 strangers things. This is the closest Starbucks to my house. And every single time I go I receive attitude from the cashier in the lobby. Today... was this super rude girl I couldn?t even get her name because she wasn?t wearing her name tag. What happened to my customerconnection? And my drinks are never made right.
