This is certainly one of the most attractive place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am so happy.
The ordering process was difficult. Their website needs to be updated as their prices are significantly higher (67%!!) than... posted. They neglected to let us know that our order was ready, so we waited an additional 10 minutes for no good reason. Whenwe got the food home, one of the containers had split at the seams and spilled all of the lobster sauce inside the bag. Afterall of this, the food was mediocre at best! NEVER AGAIN! Ordered at the counter/pick up window, they took forever to get the food ready, when i got home, i was missing part of my order,... which is my fault because i should've checked, i went back to get the shrimp basket they forgot to give me, and they refried it,over cooked shrimp gets gummy and thats what happened, the other food was pretty decent. Hot dogs here are ???????? delicious, true Chicago style with all the fixings, no ketchup. The cheese sticks?? supreme, only... came in an order of 5 but those five were worth it. Fries were decent, not outstanding but a good small side with a bit ofcrisp. Super cheap food for the quality, would DEFINITELY come again to try the rest of the food here. Read more
