So far so good. I recently started eating here and the Chicken and biscuits were great. The customer service is good too. The... drive through moves fast which let's me know they are on their A game at this Churches. Keep up good work guys. Churches is astable and way better then Popeyes and less sodium in their food. The food was Fantastic!!! Very hot,very tasty..not many places have my fav drink-strawbery fanta,Church's does..the only reason... I gave it 4 not 5 stars is because the dining room was closed.i had to go to drive up and eat in the car,since I don't livenearby..great food, I'll be back soon,just wish I had a place to eat other than the car.. Picked up a 12 pc leg and thigh for a loved one and got food poisoning. We were sick immediately after. Tried to contact... establishment and no one answered. We Don?t live close to this location but I will stop by on my next visit into thatneighborhood. I don?t eat a lot of fast food but I definitely wont be eating here again. Please be careful. Read more
I gave them 1 star because they upgraded the outside of the restaurant so it doesn't look as run down as it used to. For 5... minutes they had good service. A few months later, they're back to being a typical chicken joint. I'm sure way below Church'sChicken's standards. The drive thru wait line is way to long for their small parking lot. I'm not sure what this cluster of junkis in the corner of the restaurant. It's definitely an eye sore. Not to mention the chicken boxes being delivered and leftoutside on the ground not too far from the trash. I'm not sure if this is a corporate or franchised owned location. Not happy with this experience. The Asian woman at the counter does not wear a hair net, there was hair (her hair) in my food. I... asked for the fresh chicken that was just taken out of the grease, she refused my request, the service was slow. As a payingcustomer, I do not appreciate her demeanor or customer service which requires major improvement. I will not visit this locationagain, unless there are some changes. I don't know what happened to this place. I went recently around 8pm for a simple chicken sandwich. I was told it would be a 6... minute wait and to drive to the front. After 15 minutes I finally got my food from the server who said nothing to me. It wasonly me and 1 other customer in the drive thru. Read more
