Order my food pulled up to get it was given a bag with 8 piece Biscuit and mashed potatoes, Employees stand in there talking... with another employee after closing the window told him I was waiting on 2 frozen lemonades in a small fry,he can back with 1lemonade,I said I ordered 2 and a small fry he can back with the 2nd lemonade no fry,where is my small fry,he said can you pullover I'll bring it out I did that he took care of 3 cars and still no small fry,I called inside and it took alot of rings to getsomeone told he I'm still outside waiting on my small fry,was guy finally brings out the small fry Throw it in the Brown smallpaper bag with nothing to hold them but the bag!!!!!!???????????????? Then when pulling off I ended up in a little ditch get outand went home mad because deserved better, I work hard for my money and they most definitely didn't appreciate me coming therenever again!!!! Catered chicken from this place twice , first time they forgot i had even placed an order. luckily there was enough chicken to... fill my order. The second time i catered they also had forgotten the food order. They told me it would be a fifteen minute waitfor them to cook up my order , ten minutes later they said they filled it , should have known better I was given old ,dried outchicken . I came in to get a 2 can dine for $10, 6 tenders meal with online redemption. I think she was the manager but she had a Very bad... attitude as usual. As soon as I walked in there was another cashier cleaning that tried to help me but she (Manager) interruptedand asked what I wanted. I to show her my code with the countdown still running and she told me before closing looking at myphone that they don't take sceenshots! I told her to look at my phone the clock is still running and still had at least 10minsto go. She tell me that it would be a 20min wait and walks off. This Popeyes location was great! Friendly staff, clean dining area, & fresh hot food. And the mac& cheese was done the right... way. I could actually see the cheese. Great location! Read more
Been coming to this Popeyes for a while and they?ve just been very disappointing lately. Ordered the 2 piece chicken and there?s... barely any chicken on the bone! Wouldn?t even feed that to my dog, hopefully some improvements are made. Read more
Don?t believe the hype! I was curious to see what the hype was for Popeyes Cajun Flounder Fish Sandwich so I stopped at the... Maywood, IL location. Before I removed the fish sandwich from the bag there was a strong fishy smell which completely caught meoff guard. Then, when I bit into the sandwich, I discovered that the fishy taste justified the fishy smell?and it was horrible!And there was nothing ?Cajun? about the sandwich so that?s false advertising. So, because it was late afternoon (and my firstmeal of the day????) I wanted to make this work, so I tried to cover up that fishy taste by eating some French fries then Iwould give it another try. But unfortunately, the second bite on the opposite side was just as fishy tasting as the first bitetherefore, that ended my meal. Although it was a nice size portion, and I hate wasting food, that was the end of my PopeyesCajun Flounder Fish Sandwich experience. And to make matters worse, when I pulled forward my front left tire went into a sunkenhole on the left side of their driveway. I?ll check my car for damages tomorrow. Read more
Glad there are other Popeye's locations to choose from. I won't be back to this location . They forgot the biscuits, the chicken... was so greasy the box was falling apart. The hole was made just from trying to lift it. My thumb went through the box. Thebreading was sliding off of the chicken, the fries were barely fried, literally everything fried was like they didn't botherdraining any oil at all. The red beans and rice they must've ran out of rice and instead of telling me they put the beans on topof cajun rice. Last the beignets as you can see were crumpled & tossed in the bag. They were also on top so nothing crushedthem. Not that it mattered. All of this would have been tolerable if the team members were even close to being professional. Satat the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. The drive thru window is right there so they seen me & otherswaiting. Never said a word until I asked are you still open? Finally had a team member respond. After taking my order she justtold me the total left the window. Then after waiting a very short time( I will give them that.They were fast. But nothing wasright so. ????) another team member came to the window and basically flung the food at me. Maybe invest in some training for theteam members and management. Read more
Every single time I come here its like a 15 minute wait in line only for you to be told ?20 minutes for chicken? when you get to... the register or drive through window? obviously terrible management here. Read more
