They Have Good Sandwiches. My Church As A Whole Have Been Doing Business With T&JJs For Years. They Still Need To Work On Their... Customer Service Skills. If You Don?t Know How To Talk On The Phone, Then Don?t Answer It! I Was Trying To Get Some Prices. TheWebsite Say They Close At 3:00. I Called At 2:35pm. She Was Rushing Me Off The Phone, Telling Me She Didn?t Have Time, and ItWas Too Late To Order Sandwiches For Tomorrow. I Don?t Need Them Until Next Month. She Wasn't Giving Me A Chance To Tell HerWhen I Wanted Them. She Was Also Yelling At Me. I Had To Do Her A Favor And Just Hang Up. Wasn?t aware this place existed; 1st time customer, recently had my brother?s repass here and they provided a DJ for music, gave... us a very mellow vibe, they decorated the place nicely, food was provided (soul food menu), but the food was AWFUL ???? wasn?texpecting that, EVERY dish provided was DISGUSTING! I was so disappointed. I actually can?t believe they Cater food ????.Sandwiches were good though! On top of having nasty food, they had the NERVE to have EXTREMELY RUDE customer service, from theowner down to the servers! I guess everybody was having a bad day! During a time of mourning; all of the bad attitudes andjudgment from their staff was insensitive and UNNECESSARY! I went here because I heard they cater good sandwiches. They need to work on their customer service skills. I have been calling... five days straight just to place a order for 2 weeks away, but couldn?t get a answer. I went there today and quickly realize Iwouldn?t spend a dime in this place. The lady working there was very rude. She told me and another gentleman that we had to waitbefore she helped us. After waiting a while she told me they weren?t taking anymore orders for today. I explained to her that Iwanted it for a week away. She told me to grab and menu and call my order in at a later date. I told her I had been calling allweek. She told me ?don?t you see we busy?? Just stopped by to visit my old bosses used to work here as a cashier 6 years ago. Still have the best hoagies in the area!!!... And the soul food and wings are the best all around, plus the cook is still my best friend!!!!!!! They also have a banquethall you can book for parties and events. I can never go wrong with them. They have some of the BEST sandwiches, even their Veggie sandwiches is off the chain. I will... choose them over a burger any day.
