Went through the drive through. Employees are very nice, but getting our food took forever. Only my third time ever at... Chick-fil-A, and I don't understand the hype. Food was okay, but not worth the long wait. Maybe they're having trouble gettingworkers, but I wouldn't call it "fast food". Read more
Went thru the drive-thru this evening. They didn?t have any waffle fries, the kid taking the orders in drive-thru wasn?t very... hospitable. Pulled up with only one car in front of us. The car hop kids were more into joking around and horse playing insteadof getting peoples food out. Our food finally came out, almost 20 minutes later, COLD! Went there several times for chicken nuggets 1 trip had a bone in the nugget. Another day chicken nuggets had a large bone or... cartilage, I told the lady that took my order and she said it was because it was fresh lol. They didn't offer to replace or giveme a discount. Great service. Went thru the drive thru and the young man was very knowledgeable and greeted us with a smile. Maybe a total of a... 5 minute wait from the time we placed our order to when we received it. This Chick-fil-A has only been open for about 3 weeks soit will be expected to a longer wait time.
