Went through the drive through. Employees are very nice, but getting our food took forever. Only my third time ever at... Chick-fil-A, and I don't understand the hype. Went thru the drive-thru this evening. They didn?t have any waffle fries, the kid taking the orders in drive-thru wasn?t very... hospitable. Pulled up with only one car in front of us. The car hop kids were more into joking around and horse playing insteadof getting peoples food out. Our food finally came out, almost 20 minutes later, COLD! This hasn?t been the first trip toChick-fil-a in McAlester that hasn?t been very great. I am a huge Chick-fil-a fan, and I have not been impressed with thislocation. Read more
Went there several times for chicken nuggets 1 trip had a bone in the nugget. Another day chicken nuggets had a large bone or... cartilage, I told the lady that took my order and she said it was because it was fresh lol. They didn't offer to replace or giveme a discount. Great service. Went thru the drive thru and the young man was very knowledgeable and greeted us with a smile. Maybe a total of a... 5 minute wait from the time we placed our order to when we received it. This Chick-fil-A has only been open for about 3 weeks soit will be expected to a longer wait time. Well naturally it was busy as expected for it to first be opening. It took longer in line then it did to get my food. Line was... going out the door. Which all this was expected as it was the first day they were open. Food was hot and just as good as I hopedit would be. No complaints. Hopefully it wont be as busy after it's been open a while. Having just opened they are doing an extremely good job with promptness on getting food out in a timely manner once you've... ordered. I went for breakfast and lunch and both times there were well over a hundred people between inside and the drivethrough, despite that I had my food in less than 10 minutes.
