Came in at 6pm and ordered some bone in wings and salad bar. Salad was OK Wings were fatty / outside undercooked Peaches on... salad bar were rancid Pop machine was out of Coke Zero and response to staff on issue was ho hum... Ice was also not dispensingwell. I left one star simply because it's impossible to give zero stars. For the first time in ages my wife and I decided to eat... lunch at Mazzio's today. We sat at the 1st table by the doors on the south side of the building. She was sitting where she couldsee into the kitchen and witnessed one of the girls (pink hair in a bun) working the prep line blow her nose on a brown propertowel, then go right back to prepping pizzas without washing her hands. This was after she, the shift manager (Loretta), and theyoung man Manning the register had come back into the building from a break and went right back to prepping pizzas withoutwashing their hands. When she spoke to the shift manager, Loretta, the only response was, "Oh wow," then, "Give me just aminute". We waited for several minutes inside the restaurant at our table before we finally left. And she never once came back.She completely ignored us, as though we hadn't said a cotton-picking word. No apologies. No I'm sorry and it won't happenagain. Not even an I'm sorry you saw that. This. Is. Unacceptable. Update: I went back into the restaurant to give Loretta anopportunity to respond, but was completely blown off. Last time I'll ever set foot inside that store. Read more

For starters it took forever to get one pizza and one pasta. There were only three other tables besides ours in the restaurant.... I watched kitchen staff answer personal cell phones, have a full on convo while handling food. Hope their phone was clean...When I finally got my pasta it was dry with hardly any sauce and the pizza crust tasted old. I was told by the lady that broughtour food that there were too many tickets and that's why there was a long wait. Nothing better then that excuse especially whenI didn't even mention it taking forever. With that being said eat somewhere else. Read more

This is exactly why I order from this store. Loaded to the max proper spread and cooked all the way through. Bravo once again.

So I ordered wings but I got chicken nuggets that were the size of the croutons on my salad .. the sauce was bigger than all 5... nuggets. As you see in the pic crouton on left chicken nug on right .so sad!!! I won't make that mistake again . Now thepizza ... Smh! This was disappointing for me, I remember eating at Mazzios when i was a kid with my family and the pizza had a great original... flavor that tasted fresh and delicious. When I went to this location and got a special to share with friends, the pizza we wereserved tasted like a Totinos $1 frozen pizza. We also got a calzone with dipping sauce, and that was a little better than thepizza, but still tasted highly processed. The marina dipping sauce was probably the best part about the meal. The one redeemingquality about our visit to the restaurant was great service from the employees. Read more
