Ordered a pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Everything else was completely fine (for Pizza Hut standards anyways) but... the cheese sticks had no cheese on them. This has happened 3 times (across the span of maybe 6 months, give or take) Havecomplained every time & nothing has changed. What did I expect from Pizza Hut anyways? Save yourself a few bucks & go across thestreet to Little Caesars or something. Read more
Our Order had a small issue, however the delivery guy was super friendly, and the guy who answered the phone after we found the... problem was extremely kind and offered several ways to improve our experience. I will definitely continue using them for ourpizza needs! Read more

Sat in the drive-through for a while before anyone came to the window. A lady was standing IN the back door smoking a cigarette... when I pulled up. ZERO customers in the building. My kid's and I love Pizza Hut pizza over any pizza in McAlester. Until now.This pizza was terrible. The meat was hard, stale and tasted nasty. Nothing fresh about any of our food. Read more
