Delicious pizza reasonably priced
Great pizza, excepting toppings and wonderful service
The pizza is pretty good but the service and price is not very good. Tried to call in , first time someone answered and hung... up. Called a couple more times no answer. So drove down to store to order an young lady was visiting while the phone was ringing, not once did I see anyone pick it up. Also seemed annoyed I was in there making an order. As far as I am concerned this willbe my last order there, I have encountered this more than once at this Simple Simons which really upsets me because I loveStromboli . For a large cheese pizza and Stromboli they charged me 34 dollars . To me that is extremely high when I can go toPizza Hut an pay less for more. Read more
It was incredibly difficult to order online and the order is received through phone call to the location, which my order got... messed up because of. Ordering is a $20 minimum and currently no drinks are able to be purchased online so I had to buybreadsticks that I didn't particularly want but were not a bad price for the size. The pizza itself was ok. Definitely fresh andwarm. Very cheesey. The workers there are all very nice but during the covid pandemic, none were wearing masks as far as I couldtell. One girl who worked there also was paying more attention to her phone than what was infront of her and almost walked intome. Would not buy again... Read more
I know it's inside an Exxon gas station, but they make the best pizza in town. Yes we have all the other pizza places that you... would find anywhere else in the USA, but none of them can hold a candle to our Simple Simon's!!!!! Read more
I only gave a one star because I had too!!! We just had the worse experience I've EVER seen! We ordered Pizza online and got... there to get it and as we drove off checking the pizza we realized we got the wrong pizza! So we went back in and let them knowthey gave us the wrong pizza and said we would have to wait 25 minutes for them to make another one, we are in a hurry and haveplaces to be cant wait so requested a refund. The manager yelled at us through the drive through and refused to give us arefund he said online to read the fine print because it was expensive pizza that he couldnt do that....he told us all he can dois have us take the wrong pizza today since we couldnt wait and we still had to pay for it the he couldnt refund it!!! Whywould we pay for pizza we didn't want or order??!?!?!?! He also said he could give a 50 % off on one pizza in the future!!! Wewont need it we will never go back there and want everyone to know how he just yelled and argued with us when we just wanted ourmoney back and not to have to pay for a pizza we didn't order in the first place!!!! A nifty gas station combo pizza plaza. What makes this place extra ordinary is their drive through window. The convince of hot... pizza, gas, newspaper, and frozen slushes makes it a great pit stop on your daily commute.. Read more
Used to be a great place, but it has lost a lot of the cleanliness and atmosphere that it once had. Owners are not present, ever... and don't seem to care what sort of trash they have running their store. It's one of the saddest things to watch, thru the eyesof my former customers who still call and text me when they want to complain. I've been away from the store for a couple monthsnow. Read more
