Was given two bean burritos and nacho fries that only had very few in bottom of cup as if it were someone's leftovers. When we... had ordered #6 mtn dew, #4mtn dew, and two soft tacos. Used to be my favorite taco bell in this south east region of oklahoma, especially from 10pm to 2am, they would ?overload? all... my items i ordered, and it was fresh. Now its a bunch of lazy a$$ employees the past couple of months who could care less, donegoing here, which im sure the lazy employees will be happy to see. Read more
I go here at least twice a week for lunch, this location has improved tremendously! Christina is the one who is usually working... the drive through and she has amazing customer service skills and is very kind. She definitely deserves a promotion or raise.Taco Bell has probably become one of my family?s favorite fast food restaurant in Mcalester. The food is always hot and veryfresh. The orders are never wrong, and The employees are always very happy and seem to be working very hard. And the store isvery clean. Made a small order for 2 people was just braging about how the lady through drive through was the nicest taco bell employee I've... ever encountered. Then I go to eat one of of the tacos and the stuff isn't even inside the shell neither is the sour scheme isbetween the holder and taco.. if it would let me post pics I would! Read more
The service was horrible. 1st I stood at the counter to order and no one came over. Then I finally used the kiosk. Not only did... it take forever to get the few items we ordered. But they forgot the drink, one they had to make. Then the young lady who Iasked to get it was annoyed that I asked her to do her job. Will never stop there again. Read more
I loved their new promo taco. Had it yesterday and it was sooo good. The entire box meal was amazing. I went back today to get... it again, but their fryers are down. They couldn't hardly make anything, why are they even open. Only drivetru was open at945am, the doors says 9am, but they were locked. Needless to say I didn't get anything today. Read more
I only ordered 2 of the 12 pack taco boxes today, and granted it was definitely a lot of tacos (24), it still didn?t stop the... workers from standing and talking. I waited for almost 30-45 MINUTES for my order while the workers were standing at the windowwith it closed and just talking and laughing and having a great time, meanwhile the drive thru line is backed up with six cars(all of which were turned off because of how long it was taking). I know they are short on workers, everybody is, but if the twoor three girls standing and talking at the window had time to do so, they could?ve had time to help whoever was cooking andpacking my tacos instead of talking and enjoying their time and wasting mine. They could?ve made it productive instead ofletting their customers wait even longer just because they wanted to talk instead of helping make, or package the tacos. I didnot spend $45 for them to make me wait over 30 minutes. It?s a fast food taco place, things need to get better and moreefficient. Ridiculous.
