I was truly disappointed with the management office in Edinburg, Texas. I recently went in for an interview for the dishwasher... position, and as we proceeded to the interview? It ended with the franchise owner giving us a free pretzel card. As I walked outof the office? I asked about the card, and the ladies in the front whispered-- "That means you're not being hired". I had ordered one small cup of pretzels and had been told to wait a few minutes. A family of four was behind me and had received... their order before me. I had been waiting about ten minutes at this point and when I went to ask the girl at the counter aboutmy order, she told me she had forgotten what I had ordered. Poor customer service. not bad but I pay $6 for this again probably not but it could have been a little bit more pressure cheese and pretzels yeah
